Levene Fine Art, Ltd., an Internationally recognized Jasper Johns and Andy Warhol authority and Fine Art Advisory, has three decades multifaceted fine art experience including perspective as art dealer, online gallery, fine art executive and art collector. Backed by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd.'s expertise and reputation as a leading secondary market art dealer, all works of art offered and sold are guaranteed for authenticity. All works of art sold by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd., are subject to availability and prior sale without notice.

The copyright of all works of art offered and sold belong to the respective artist or estate.

  By Appointment Only
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd., is located in New York, we are open by appointment only.

  New York State Sales Tax
Unless exempt by law, New York State sales tax is due and collected for all works of art dispatched and/or delivered within New York State. New York State law requires that we charge Sales Tax on the full amount due, including shipping and handling.

  Transit Insurance
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. does not provide transit insurance coverage for shipments. Purchasers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for all purchases during transit.

  Domestic Shipping
In the United States, all works are dispatched with signature confirmation for security. Local pickup is not available; all orders must be shipped through our approved delivery services. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.

  International Shipping
For overseas shipments, works are dispatched with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.
International orders are subject to the country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  Professional Packing & Tracking
All works are professionally packed, and a tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. We request that all purchasers include a phone number for use on the airway bill.

  All Sales are Final
All sales made by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@josephklevenefineartltd.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the packaging and the incorrect item. Claims for transit-related damage should be directed through the purchaser’s insurance provider, as Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. does not provide transit insurance coverage. You should retrain the original packaging and the damaged item and take photographs of the damage as your insurance broker will want to see photographs of the packaging and the respective damage.
